This is a vector artwork of Shay Mitchell. One of the main characters of Pretty Little Liars. Spend more then 300workhours with the pentool to create it.
Nearly whole vector art is made in Adobe Illustrator, the hair is drawn with a Wacom Drawing tablet attached to Photoshop to give a more realistic look.
