Returns Policy

You can return a product under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The product is returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Customized products (such as personalized items) cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error.

How to Return a Product?

The return process is simple:

  1. Register your return: Send an email to info@theodoorsartworks.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Carefully package the product: If possible, use the original packaging and include the original invoice or order confirmation.

  3. Send your return: Ship the package to the following address:
    Varenkamp 91, 7815CB Emmen
    Note: Always keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

  4. Receive your refund: Once I have received and checked your return, I will process the refund within 7 business days using the same payment method you used.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or you have received the wrong order.

  • In the case of exchanging a product, I will cover the shipping costs of the new shipment.

Refund

  • When will I get my money back?
    Once I have received and approved your return, you will receive your refund within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.

  • The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used for your order.

Exchange

  • Do you want to receive a different product? That’s possible! When you notify us of your return, just mention that you would like to exchange it, and I will reserve the new product for you (if it's in stock).

Frequently asked questions about returns

  • Can I return my order in a physical store?
    At the moment, I only accept returns via shipping.

  • What should I do if my product is delivered damaged?
    Contact me as soon as possible at info@theodoorsartworks.com with photos of the damaged product. I will ensure a quick solution.

  • Can I return a product after the return period?
    Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns after the 14-day return period has expired.
