Returns Policy
You can return a product under the following conditions:

The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

The product is returned within 14 days of receipt.

Customized products (such as personalized items) cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error.

How to Return a Product?
The return process is simple:

Register your return: Send an email to info@theodoorsartworks.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Carefully package the product: If possible, use the original packaging and include the original invoice or order confirmation.

Send your return: Ship the package to the following address:

Note: Always keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed. -
Receive your refund: Once I have received and checked your return, I will process the refund within 7 business days using the same payment method you used.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or you have received the wrong order.

In the case of exchanging a product, I will cover the shipping costs of the new shipment.

Refund

When will I get my money back?
Once I have received and approved your return, you will receive your refund within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email. -
The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used for your order.

Exchange

Do you want to receive a different product? That’s possible! When you notify us of your return, just mention that you would like to exchange it, and I will reserve the new product for you (if it's in stock).

Can I return my order in a physical store?
At the moment, I only accept returns via shipping. -
What should I do if my product is delivered damaged?
Contact me as soon as possible at info@theodoorsartworks.com with photos of the damaged product. I will ensure a quick solution. -
Can I return a product after the return period?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns after the 14-day return period has expired.
